Yoni Bornstein has been a driving force in real estate investing and successful entrepreneurial ventures for over two decades. Yoni has been at the forefront of community development in Miami’s Wynwood Norte area, where he has acquired 60+ properties over the last 10 years valued at more than $100 million and plans to develop hundreds of residential units within his various projects in the coming years.
Yoni’s business portfolio extends across Canada and the U.S., with ownership of restaurants, hotels, warehouses, commercial properties, and land for developments. His primary focus is on property acquisition and creative development planning, where his natural ability to close deals and partnerships with international investment groups have led to numerous successes.
In addition to his Real Estate portfolio, Yoni’s contributions to the community go beyond business. He is one of the founders and President of the Wynwood Community Enhancement Association and was appointed by Mayor Francis Suarez to serve on the Public Benefits Trust Fund and the Parking Benefits Trust Fund boards for Wynwood Norte, where he helps to guide key initiatives to benefit the local area. He is also involved with several charitable committees and organizations, having received accolades from the Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce and De Hostos Senior Center for his philanthropic work. Yoni’s leadership continues to shape the future of Wynwood Norte and beyond.
Eran Sharon is native to Miami, Florida and has an immense and diverse understanding of the South Florida real estate market. He has been involved in the acquisition and disposition of numerous residential and commercial properties since 2001. In 2015, Eran shifted his focus to acquiring multi-family properties and future development sites all across South Florida. He specializes in raw land acquisitions and adds value to properties through the entitlement and pre-development process. Eran has been involved in rezoning hundreds of acres of land in South Florida helping to bring new and affordable units to the market. In addition, he has worked on multiple industrial and commercial raw land acquisitions and dispositions as well.
With an absolute passion for real estate, Crystal’s residential real estate acumen shines throughout her remarkable career. Crystal possesses a depth of knowledge in real estate, mortgages, title, and foreclosure law that spans eighteen years. It is this unique balance of experience which allows Crystal to effortlessly transition from one end of the dynamic real estate spectrum to the other. An alumnus of The University of South Florida and South Florida native, Mrs. Waite is an active member of multiple charitable organizations and mentorship programs in her community.

Originally from Texas, Edith is a proud graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio, where she earned her degree in Real Estate Finance & Development. She later went on to earn her Master of Science in Finance from Southern Methodist University, further strengthening her financial acumen and strategic insight.
